Evolved Design specialise in working with Self Builders. We believe that independent professional guidance, just when you need it, is the key - right from the start and at every step along the way.

Evolved Design provides a unique personal service, developing close working relationships with all clients, supported by a team of specialist professionals to deal with the technicalities.

Evolved Design specialise in environmentally sound, sustainable, low-carbon Passive Housedesigned homes for high comfort levels with low running costs. But, unlike other self-build design companies, we don’t have a vested interest in one type of construction and work with timber-frame, traditional masonry or the latest innovative construction systems.

We understand the energy requirements and building needs for the future and always ensure, were possible, to be future proof in our designs.

Evolved Design, as certified Passive HouseDesigners, and having our own Carbon Smart Building systems, don’t offer standard off the shelf designs, but individually design each unique home with our clients, to suit the plot, your budget and your requirements. We also advise on upgrading and refurbishing existing homes, for example with external and internal wall insulation and low energy Carbon Smart Roof systems.
