Timber Frame was finished externally with an additional layer of woodfibre insulation, providing additional insulation and improve the decrement delay to the building before being clad externally with treated oak cladding.

This bespoke contemporary home was designed to take into account the topography of the land and its location to a listed building.

Following consultation with the local planning office, we understood the need for a green roof with sustainable, natural cladding materials. Natural lime renders with cedar cladding were chosen. Natural light was plentiful throughout the home by introducing lightwells throughout the lower floor.
